[PRESS RELEASE] Too Fly Foundation to Sunset in 2025 After 9 Years of Helping Students Travel Abroad

DALLAS, TX-JUNE 27, 2025— After nearly a decade of providing life-changing study abroad opportunities for underrepresented and  underserved students across the United States, Too Fly Foundation has announced it will sunset its operations in 2025. Over the past nine years, the organization has supported more than 400 students by providing scholarships and resources, helping them overcome barriers to global education.

In the 2024-2025 academic year, Too Fly Foundation awarded over $100,000 in scholarships to 120 students across the country, alleviating financial barriers, and ensuring they could pursue study abroad experiences that would shape their futures. The Too Fly Foundation will cease outreach programming and donation collections on July 31, 2025. All remaining funds will be allocated to like-minded organizations championing travel equity for youth.

“We can not thank our partners, donors and community supporters for supporting Too Fly for nine years," said Bola Ibidapo, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Too Fly Foundation, "while we are sunsetting our operations, the impact of our scholars and community will continue to resonate for generations to come."
